Recovery and winch-out
When towing starts with getting the vehicle free.
A stuck, off-road, jackknifed, or overturned commercial vehicle may need a recovery plan before it can be moved.
Share photos when available and describe the terrain, grade, vehicle position, cargo, weather, traffic exposure, and room for recovery equipment. Never enter an unsafe area to gather information.

Winch-outs
Commercial vehicles stuck in mud, snow, soft shoulders, ditches, loading areas, or other low-traction conditions.
Jackknife & rollover
Units at severe angles or on their side may require traffic control, load considerations, multiple pieces of equipment, and a staged recovery plan.
Difficult access
Tight yards, uneven job sites, remote roads, steep grades, and limited setup space should be described before equipment is sent.

Do not trade better information for personal risk.
